Understanding and developing the mind-body connection is an invaluable, lifelong process.

Through first-hand experience, education, and connection, I help my clients navigate their own transformations.  

Like countless people, I've run the gamut of life experiences: I've dealt with relationship issues, challenges to my physical and mental health, navigating life abroad, and career obstacles. 

There were plenty of chances to be overwhelmed and defeated by change, whether it was sudden, or planned. However, I not only survived change, I learned to thrive-- before, during, and after. 

 

How?

My greatest lesson in working through a transformation is surprisingly simple: 

utilize movement and exercise to impact your mindset.

The determining factor of success: 

know when to bring in the right support system. 

 

My desire to be that powerful support system for others led me to form Bright Mind and Body.

I combine my experience as a CTA-Certified Coach (the mind) with my skills as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (the body) to bring out my clients' best versions of themselves. 

I provide expert guidance and accountability while being upbeat, empathetic, adaptable, and efficient. Developing and strengthening the mind-body connection has exponentially improved my life. I’m excited to utilize my experience and knowledge in this arena to help my coaching clients succeed in theirs.
